Colehill Youth Club Needs Your Help

£160,000 is all The Reef needs to enable the commencement of building on the new Colehill Youth Club. This amount would allow them to build the centre and equip the ground floor so the children can use the centre, and then fit out the second floor when more funds are found.

Ideally they are looking for a further £300,000 to complete the project. At the moment The Reef is in danger of losing more of its funding, having already had government funding withdrawn. There is no youth centre in the Wimborne and Colehill area that is fit for purpose, so The Reef is the only chance the young people of the area have. The existing space is simply too small and inadequate for the seventy or more youths who attend at the weekends.
An anonymous someone recently, and very generously, donated £25,000 so there are kind and giving people out there. If the money target isn't reached the grants and funding will have to be given back making it harder for the centre to be built. I don't know about you but I would prefer for these young people to have somewhere they can go of an evening rather than seeing them out on the streets getting into trouble.
So if you have deep pockets please get in touch with David Torring on 0102 888291, or donate at virginmoneygiving.com and enter 'Colehill' or 'Reef' in the search. Only with your help can this vital centre be built.
