If you've strolled through Wimborne Square in the last day or two, you'll no doubt have noticed a new addition.

A London Plane tree has been planted, to replace the one felled earlier in the refurbishment programme after concerns about its safety.

The new tree is 7.8m high, relatively mature for a transplanted tree and was sourced from Hillier Nurseries in Romsey.
