I need help! ( people who know me have known this for years!). This hay fever is so debilitating. Before you all suggest remedies, please let me tell you what I've tried so far.... Injection, prescription strength antihistamines, infra red light probe up nose (looks great!),homeopathic remedies, honey, acupuncture(this worked best but can't afford it every week.),steroid nose spray(just made my nose bleed),antiseptic throat spray,antibiotics.......HELP!
