Nicholas O'Hara Funeral Directors is an independent family owned and managed funeral director in Wimborne, Verwood and West Moors in Dorset.

Established in 1974 by Nicholas and his parents, now managed by Nicholas, wife Jackie and son Anthony, their duaghter Natalie also works for the company.

We have a modern fleet of silver Jaguars including two six-seater limousines, a four-seater Mercedes Benz S Class, and a unique hearse made by Pilato of Italy.

All funerals are personalised to meet the expectations and needs of each family so that every funeral is personal and representative of the person.

We are vastly experienced in pre-funeral planning and have been awarded Golden Charter's Regional funeral planners of the year 2010, 2011 and 2012 and became the first english company to acheieve this.

Nicholas O'Hara Memorials was established in 1997 and we are proud to produce high quality memorials in terms of materials and lettering; all work is done by experienced stonemasons. All of our memorials can be tailored and personalised to suit the client and the regulations of the various cemetery or church yard.

In 2012 we were awarded the Blackmore Media family business of the year title and were finalists in the same catergory of the Dorset Business Awards.
