Outstanding Colehill Nursery

Chrysalis was recently rewarded with an "OUTSTANDING" Ofsted, one of only six awarded to nurseries in the county.

Chrysalis is a thriving independent nursery situated in the grounds of Hayeswood First School. It offers top quality educational care for 2-5 year-olds in a caring, happy atmosphere.

It was established in 1994 and boasts dedicated long-serving members of staff who work confidently with the Montessori method and the Early Years Foundation Stage. It provides a highly stimulating, educational, loving and safe environment to enable the child to develop naturally at their own pace and provide every opportunity to maximise their own potential.

The improvement in our three-year-old son’s speech since he has been at Chrysalis has been fantastic, as has his counting, recognition of letters and even some words. He’s also so much more out going than when he first started, making friends and playing with the other children. He genuinely loves going to Chrysalis and even asks us if it’s open at the weekend and holidays.

I find the staff very helpful and always willing to discuss my son’s progress. I love the fact they write what he has done that day in his book so we know what he’s been learning or doing when at Chrysalis when he comes home.

The outstanding is well deserved.
