Christmas is coming to Wimborne, are you ready?

You haven’t sent your Christmas cards yet? Oh dear, better get along to the Card Gallery for your cards and make it snappy, and don’t forget the Post Office is just opposite in Martins. Now what you need for all those presents and gifts you’re going to hand out is something sturdy to pack them in. Charlie Moo’s with their great range of handmade bags is the place to go for that extra personal touch. Now onto the goodies.

Doris & Daisy, recently opened, is a shop all women are going to want a present from this year…are you paying attention fellas? Are books your thing then Gulliver’s Bookshop can help with gift tokens as well as books. Toys for the kids? No problem, try Myriad Natural Toys and Riverside Toys in Wimborne.

Stuck for gift ideas then here are a few places you could go to get inspiration; Just B Inspired, Mine, Minster SweetsPresant Company and Square Corner, all local gift shops with great selections.

Want something that little bit special then visit Ockenden & Hemming to put some extra sparkle into someone’s Christmas.

Now all you need is that turkey. Get yours and support your local butcher at the same time by ordering from P Keating.

Merry Christmas one and all.

I love buying turkeys direct from Keatings. I am ashamed to say I only do it at this time of year (because I only eat turkey at Christmas!) and always vow to come back more often...you should too. Let's hear it for the locals!
