Getting Married? How can Wimborne help?

So, where to get married? The two most popular places in the Wimborne area are Wimborne Minster and Canford Magna Church. You can only get married in the Minster if you’re from the town and live their currently, or if you write to the Arch Bishop and ask him nicely he might just let you. It goes without saying that the Minster is the fairytale venue every girl wants for her wedding (so I’m told). Canford Magna Church is also a fantastic venue, a small, but quaint church set in the grounds of Canford Magna School.

Now all you need is to dress up. Try Classy Collections for that perfect dress for your friend’s wedding, or why not drop in to Prettymades who will be glad to find you the right thing to wear on that special day. You need a hat too? Then Abigail’s Hat Hire is here to help and you will easily find that perfect hat for the occasion.

Need the perfect hair? Try the Beauty Centre or Reeves and Gallagher; both will have you pampered to within an inch of your life and looking your best for the wedding.

Where to hold your reception? The Hamworthy Club have a large hall, a fantastically priced bar and will make sure your catering needs are met, all for a reasonable price.

Damn, nearly forgot the rings. Ockenden & Hemming are a superb jewellers and will make your rings from scratch, to your exact specifications, and their after service is second to none.
