Clean and professional appearance

Popped in to look at tattoo designs and other services offered here. On the surface, Madtiger does have a very friendly, clean and professional appearance. But when asking questions on body jewellery, ink types, designs and costs the Lady to whom I spoke to had a very could-not-care-less-what you-have-done attitude. Considering the amount I'm thinking of spending they need to work on customer care and realise that not everyone who walks in asking questions is a time waster.
