Mother's Day Around The World

This coming Sunday (14th March) is Mothering Sunday here in the UK. We seem to be one of the only countries to celebrate the special day so early in the year (always the 4th Sunday in Lent).
The majority of other countries around the world celebrate the day in May.
Whenever it is celebrated the spirit of the day is always the same- a special day to honour the work mums do and to show respect and give thanks for their devotion to their children.
Happy Mother's Day for Sunday to all Wimborne Mums!
