We have used this restaurant for over 25 years and always find the food, wine, service and atmosphere just right. Whether a dinner for two or out with a party Piccolo Mondo always meets all of our needs. Whether we want old favorites from the menu or one of the chefs specials we are never disappointed.

The last time I went was for a friends engagement party where we were all served drinks with no problem on the first round but then several of us were asked for ID on the second round. If they were concerned about our ages surely we should have been asked for ID before the first round of drinks were served.
This place used to be absolutely fantastic but over the last three years the service and food quality has gone downhill quite considerably.

This is a really great place to go with family and friends. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, as is the service. The food is sumptuous, delicious and very reasonably priced. It's a little corner of Italy in Wimborne, and you're guaranteed to have a really fun dining experience. And the red wine is some of the best I've tasted in the area.
The personal touch is always better and that's what you get here. The staff are the most friendly I have come across and the chef even popped his head around the door to have chat with customers while he was having a quiet moment. The food is just devine, as is the choice of wines. Service is always quick and with a smile. A great place to go for a romantic meal or as a family.

Piccolo Mondo Pizzeria in Kings Court is a firm-favourite with the population of Wimborne. Its been in the area for over two decades and continues to fill tummies with its quality stone-baked pizzas and scrumptious pasta dishes. They also have a take-away option if you fancy awesome Italian food but dont want to leave the sofa.

We used to love this restaurant, but over the years we have noticed a steady decline in both the standards of service and the quality of the food: to the point that if we wish to eat Italian food we go to Ferndown or further afied: topo gigio in our eyes is about the same standard.

A really lovely little pizzeria, Piccolo Mondo is tucked away in a side street of Wimborne but is definitely worth finding. It has a really lovely and comfortably relaxed atmosphere where children are welcome, but certainly dont run around annoying everyone. The decoration inside is typical of Italian restaurants, but its small size makes it feel far more welcoming than your average Bella Italia. The service is friendly and helpful, but most of all the pizzas are fantastic be sure to ask for lots of their fantastic garlic oil on yours!
