Utterly reliable
We have always had excellent service from Brian Dryden, from vacuum clearner repairs to being able to buy all sorts of obscure electrical bits you don't know you need until something stops working. Expert honest advice too. Competitively priced (based on kettle - against Amazon - BD was cheaper). Would always choose to shop there, even if a little more expensive, for the service & quality.

Very Helpful
Brian and staff are helpful and kind. We have only bought small products so far, but the expert advise is very much appreciated. We have elderly neighbours who speak very highly of the care and attention Brian has given them throughout the many years of trading in Wimborne. Thank you!

Washing Machine
My washing machine packed up recently, it was a hundred years old...at least, so I went to Brian's and had a good look at his range. They were very helpful in the shop and showed me some brochures of the models they could order for me. I had quite a time choosing with all that choice. When I had decided on what I wanted they very happily delivered it to me and it was up and working within minutes. Now that's what I call unbeatable service.

Cleaned Up
Every now and again I love to pop in here and see what exciting things are new to the store. It's so nice to have that personal touch when you buy white goods, and also not to have someone try and force extended warranties down your throat when you're trying to pay. The prices aren't bad, I'd be a liar if I said they were the cheapest, but it's worth paying that little bit extra for the piece of mind you get when you shop here.

Brian and his staff offer a personal and professional service rarely seen in the large store chains such as Comet or Currys. They know their products inside out and are willing to order something in for you if they don't have it in stock. Their prices are competitive and there are plenty of offers to catch your attention.
